Race Details

This annual event, scheduled for Saturday, April 12th, is in its 30th year of benefiting the Brenham High School Athletic Program. Brenham High School athletes serve as volunteers for the race to benefit numerous winning athletic programs, including baseball, basketball, track, swimming, cross country, golf, volleyball, football, tennis and more. Brenham High School has been in the top five overall in the Lone Star Cup in the state of Texas (all schools UIL events) point system for the past three years.

The race is USATF certified and is timed and scored using ChampionChip technology.

Kid's 1-Mile Run starts at 8:00 a.m.


5K and 10K races start at 8:30 a.m.


Start
at Brenham High School on FM 2935 off of Loop 577 on north side of town.


The Course
The Trestle Trail will guide runners through Brenham’s beautiful countryside. Paved, winding roads will take you past rolling hills covered in Bluebonnets. It won't take runners long to understand why the cows think Brenham is Heaven!
